Finished product inspection of warning tape:
- Appearance inspection of warning tape: After production is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the appearance of the finished warning tape. Including checking whether the color of the tape is bright and uniform, whether there are defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, and cracks; whether the printed warning signs are clear and complete, and whether the font size and color meet the requirements.
- Performance test of warning tape: A series of performance tests are carried out to ensure that the quality of the tape meets the standards. Including the viscosity test, using a professional adhesive tester to measure the initial adhesion, lasting adhesion and peel strength of the tape; temperature resistance test, placing the tape in different temperature environments to observe the changes in its viscosity and appearance; weather resistance test, by simulating the conditions of light, humidity, temperature changes in the natural environment, to test the durability of the tape; fluorescence effect test, observe the fluorescence brightness and duration of the tape in a dark environment.
- Size inspection of tape: Measure the width, length, thickness, and other size parameters of the tape to ensure that it meets the design requirements. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc. to measure the dimensions of different parts multiple times, and take the average value as the final result.
Warning tape transportation and maintenance
- The tape should be stored in the warehouse to avoid sunlight and rain; the warning tape should not be in contact with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvents, keep clean and dry, 1m away from the discovery device, and the room temperature should be between -15°C and 40°
- The tape should be placed in a roll without folding. If the warning tape is stored for a long time, it should be turned once a quarter.
- The type and specifications of the tape should be selected reasonably according to the use needs and specific conditions.
- Cleanliness is a basic condition for the good operation of the tape. Foreign substances can affect the tape's eccentricity, tension difference, and even breakage.
- When early damage to the tape is found during use, the cause should be found and repaired in time to avoid adverse consequences.
