Butyl Tape Construction Method
For steel structure roofs:
1）First, select the required specifications and sizes of butyl tape according to the metal pattern or the gap between the joint parts, the seam density, and the design requirements.
2）When applying butyl tape, the joints of metal plates should be wiped clean.
3）Starting from one end of the metal plate, slowly open the butyl tape and stick the butyl tape to the overlap of the lower metal plate in a straight line along the seam. And press gently to make it bond firmly with the metal.
Construction methods of roof gutter parts
1）After installing the prefabricated gutter, clean the cement surface of the parapet above the gutter and apply a base treatment agent.
2）After the base treatment agent solidifies, install the flashing board.
3）Clean the flashing board, paste butyl tape at the joint between the flashing board and the cement wall, and squeeze it in sequence.

2. Sealing and waterproofing of doors and windows, concrete roof walls, and ventilation ducts;
3. Car waterproof film paste, refrigerator, freezer sealing and anti-vibration.
Precautions for Butyl Tape Construction
1）Butyl tape needs to be constructed within a suitable temperature range during construction.
2）When constructing butyl tape, pay attention to cleaning or wiping it clean, and keep the base surface dry and free of floating soil.
3）After construction, the bonding point between the butyl tape and the base layer cannot be torn or peeled off.
4）During construction, different types and sizes of butyl tape can be selected according to needs.
